Complaints Procedure

Complaint Form - MLC Compliant

We take all complaints seriously and will review your case promptly.

The agency has established a fair and effective complaints and grievances procedure and ensures that crewmembers/candidates are able to raise their concerns without fear of retaliation.

All candidates have the ability to make a complaint against Niche Yachting.

The candidate must complete the online complaints form. Should the matter be urgent, the candidate can email directly or contact our business WhatsApp number to speak with the company director immediately.

All Complaints will be responded to within a maximum of 7 days from initial communication.

An independent review will be carried out, by means of a full audit of the particular candidate’s interaction via emails/messages with a Niche Yachting placement officer and a solution sought.

Should a crew member/candidate make a formal written complaint to Niche Yachting relating to the working or living conditions onboard a vessel, Niche Yachting will keep a record of this on file and send the complaint to SAMSA and the MCA.

The MCA and SAMSA will be informed of any unresolved complaints against Niche Yachting.
