Senior Captain | Private Fleet

We’re searching for an experienced Senior Captain to join an incredible private fleet based in Miami, overseeing guest operations across an exciting programme centred around luxury, adventure, and world-class watersports.
This isn’t your typical Captain’s role. You’ll be leading operations across an internationally recognised fleet featuring 50–80ft catamarans, America’s Cup-style chase boats, and a collection of high-performance vessels based in some of the world’s best surf, kiteboarding and wingfoiling destinations.
If you’re passionate about life on the water, thrive in a guest-facing environment, and have a genuine love for watersports, this could be the perfect fit. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on, leading by example, and creating unforgettable experiences both on and off the water.
We’re looking for someone with:
Master 500 or Master 3000
Valid STCW & ENG1
Proven superyacht Captain experience
Exceptional leadership and crew management skills
Strong guest-facing operational experience
A genuine passion for watersports, with experience in surfing, kiteboarding, wingfoiling or similar disciplines highly desirable
The Programme Includes:
International fleet of 50–80ft catamarans
America’s Cup-style chase boats supporting guest adventures
Operations in some of the world’s most sought-after watersports destinations
The Details:

Experienced Senior Deckhand – 80m Private Motor Yacht

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated, “go-getter” Senior Deckhand to join a busy, fast-paced 80m private program. The vessel is run to exceptionally high standards for a lovely American owner. This is a brilliant career move for a driven professional looking to step up; you will directly assist the Lead Deckhand in managing a deck crew of 5 (plus the 3rd Officer) and comfortably step into their shoes during their rotation.
This is a highly active, hands-on role where everyone—officers included—is out on deck working hard. If you are hungry to work, passionate about elite-level maintenance, and want to secure an excellent rotational position on a large yacht, we want to hear from you.
The Itinerary
Summer 2026: Heavy Mediterranean cruising (based out of Italy through August).
Autumn 2026: Short yard period in Barcelona, followed by an Atlantic crossing to the Bahamas.
Early 2027: Heading to the Netherlands for a major 5-month warranty period (fantastic yard and project management experience).
Profile Required
Qualifications: Yachtmaster in hand & valid B1/B2 Visa (essential).
Experience: Proven experience on 60m+ vessels, ready to take on a leadership role.
Attributes: A positive, energetic attitude, impeccable standards, and an interest in fishing is a major plus (the boss is getting heavily into it!).
Crew Dynamic: To complement the current onboard demographic, the vessel is seeking to diversify its international crew mix.
Temp Experienced Service Stewardess – 80m+ Private Motor Yacht
We are currently seeking a Temp Experienced Service Stewardess to join an 80m+ Private Motor Yacht.
From: 7th July until 2nd September, joining in Palma.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, polished, and energetic service stewardess who thrives in a guest-facing environment. We are looking for a highly experienced Service Stewardess with strong bartending skills, a passion for high-end hospitality, and the ability to seamlessly integrate into an established interior team.
As this is a busy temporary position, candidates must already possess solid service experience and be able to hit the ground running from day one. While the role will be predominantly service-focused, there may be occasions where assistance with housekeeping is required, so flexibility is essential.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ yachting experience
Guest-focused with a confident and engaging personality
Strong bartending skills
Positive, drama-free attitude and team-player mentality
Willing to assist with housekeeping when required
Female only due to cabin arrangements
All certificates up to date (STCW, ENG1, Security Duties, Food Hygiene Level 2)
Minimum 6 months passport validity
Fully COVID vaccinated

Temp Experienced Housekeeper – 80m+ Private Motor Yacht

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeper to join a 80m+ private motor yacht. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, take pride in their work, and be comfortable working to high standards within a close-knit crew.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a housekeeping role onboard
Valid STCW, ENG1, Security Duties, and Food Hygiene Level 2 (all with at least 6 months validity)
Passport with a minimum of 6 months validity
Schengen visa in hand
Valid B1/B2 visa
Fully Covid vaccinated
Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements
Temp Deckhand – 95m+ Private Motor Yacht
Dates: 10th/12th March – 30th June
Visa: B1 Compulsory
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year on 60m+ vessels
We are seeking an experienced Deckhand to join a professionally run 95m+ private motor yacht for a temporary contract through to the end of June.
The vessel has a busy operational period ahead, including guest trips, a passage, and a scheduled yard period. This role would suit a motivated candidate looking to gain valuable sea-time and large-yacht exposure within a structured deck team.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Minimum 1 year’s experience onboard 60m+ yachts
- Strong tender-driving skills and confident deck foundation
- B1 visa in hand (essential)
- All certificates valid for at least six months
- A proactive attitude and ability to integrate quickly into an established crew
